Susan Stanfield
Executive Director
Susan, a proud Mobilian native, holds a bachelor’s degree in health services administration from Auburn University. Her professional journey commenced at Mobile Infirmary Medical Center, followed by a remarkable 20-year tenure with Fresenius Medical Care North America, a leading hemodialysis outpatient provider. During this period, she served as the Vice President of Operations for Alabama and the Florida Panhandle.
In 2014, Susan brought her wealth of experience and leadership to our community, assuming the role of Executive Director. Beyond her professional achievements, Susan is a devoted college sports enthusiast and finds joy in pursuits such as crafting and gardening.
Jordyn Skinner
Director of Sales and Marketing
Jordyn, hailing originally from Oxford, Alabama, made the move to Mobile to pursue her education at the University of South Alabama, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. With almost three years in our community, Jordyn initially served as the Engagement Director before seamlessly transitioning into the role of Director of Sales.
For Jordyn, this position is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to channel her passions. From fostering meaningful relationships to providing support to families and residents, she approaches her work with a dedicated goal of making a positive impact on as many lives as possible.
Regina Slay
Business Office Manager
Originally from Springfield, Illinois, Regina made Mississippi her home in 1980, completing her high school education and graduating from college in the state. With a passion for geriatrics, Regina has dedicated herself to working with older adults since the year 2000.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Regina is a devoted mother to her son, whose activities in travel and sports keep her on her toes. When not on the move, Regina generously volunteers at her son’s school, reveling in the joy of being around children.
Nestled on the Bayou along the Pascagoula River, Regina and her son savor their time playing in or around the water, embracing the natural beauty of their surroundings.
Charvon Mosley Hill
Life Enrichment Director
Charvon Mosley-Hill, affectionately known as Von, has been an integral part of Proveer Senior Living since May 2023, bringing with her an extensive background of over 30 years in the field of senior care. Her journey began in 1989 within the realm of physical therapy, encompassing diverse settings such as acute care, outpatient facilities, nursing homes, long-term acute care, rehab, and early mobility care.
Recognizing her genuine passion for working with the senior population, Von pursued higher education, earning a BS in Human Services with concentrations in Psychology, Sociology, and Gerontology from the University of South Alabama, complemented by a Certificate in Gerontology. With a wealth of experience, she has held significant roles as a Director of Rehab at both Restore Therapy and Select Rehab.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Von’s enthusiasm extends to her personal interests. A lover of crafts and cooking, she seamlessly integrates these passions into her role as the Life Enrichment Director, adding a personal touch to the well-being and fulfillment of the residents under her care.
Derrick Mott
Dining Services Manager
Derrick’s journey began in Detroit, Michigan, where he dedicated nine years to the Chrysler Truck Plant. However, the call of culinary passion beckoned him southward to New Orleans, marking the inception of his culinary education.
Subsequent family obligations led Derrick to New York, where he furthered his culinary expertise at The New York Culinary Institute. Upon graduation, he embarked on a remarkable 35+ year career with the Morrison Corporation (Compass) at esteemed institutions such as Singing River Hospital, Singing River Rehabilitation, and Ocean Springs Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
In Derrick’s life, priorities align with a steadfast devotion to God, family, and career, illustrating the balance and significance he places on these core aspects of his journey.
Debra Petty, RN
Health and Wellness Director
Debra has been an integral part of the Port City Community for more than two decades, having held various leadership positions. Currently serving as the Health and Wellness Director, her dedication to the community’s well-being has been unwavering. Beyond her professional achievements, Debra finds immense joy in her role as a parent to three children and a loving grandmother to six grandchildren. Her passion for her work is evident in her longstanding commitment, making a positive impact on the lives of those she serves.
Tina McIntyre, RN
Memory Care Director
Tina, an Alabama native, is a proud alumna of the University of Mobile, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing. With an impressive career spanning over 38 years, Tina has predominantly devoted her expertise to long-term care and Dementia/Memory Care.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Tina cherishes her role as a mother to two daughters and a grandmother to two grandsons. Adding to her excitement, she eagerly anticipates the arrival of her first granddaughter at the end of the year. Amidst her wealth of experiences, Tina finds her greatest joy in nurturing her children and engaging with the residents she cares for, making a positive impact on their lives.

Elicia "Lisa" McQueen
Health and Wellness Coordinator
Elicia, affectionately known as “Lisa,” has been an integral part of our facility for an impressive 18 years. Throughout her tenure, she has seamlessly transitioned through various roles, from caregiving to maintenance and cooking. Currently, she holds the esteemed position of Wellness Coordinator, showcasing her versatility and commitment.
A proud resident of Mobile, Alabama, Elicia is not only dedicated to her professional responsibilities but is also a devoted mother to five beautiful children: Dramico Jr., Dan, Tatiyana, Dra’Licia, and Dra’Monte. Adding to the joy, Elicia is the proud grandmother of Kennendi.
Her impact goes beyond her job description; Elicia is a cherished asset to the facility, earning the love and respect of both residents and fellow staff members. Beyond the workplace, she finds fulfillment in spending quality time with her family and extending a helping hand to others.
